    Town & Country Disposal observes six major U.S. holidays each year, and a holiday can shift your normal pickup day. Holiday-delayed routes start as early as 1:00 a.m., so your garbage needs to be at the curb the evening of your normal scheduled pickup day — not the morning of your delayed collection.

    Town & Country Disposal has been family-owned and operated since 1995, serving Western New York communities for nearly 30 years.

    We're headquartered at 1 Third Street in Cattaraugus, NY 14719, right in the heart of the communities we serve.

    We serve 20+ towns across Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Erie Counties including Collins, Fredonia, Hanover, Salamanca, Little Valley, Gowanda, Cattaraugus, and surrounding Western NY communities.

    We observe 6 holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Service is not provided on these days.

    If a holiday falls on your normal pickup day, your trash is collected the next business day instead. Only the holiday day shifts—the rest of the week stays on its normal schedule. Example: if Monday is a holiday, Monday routes run Tuesday along with the regular Tuesday pickups, and Wednesday through Friday stay normal. If a holiday falls on a Friday, the pickup day shifts to Thursday and runs along with the regular Thursday pickup. Either way, place your garbage at the curb the evening of your normal scheduled pickup day—our crews start holiday-delayed routes as early as 1:00 a.m.
